Adds an Astra 2 page under Partner Nodes / Topaz (en/zh/ja), matching the existing partner-node convention (frontmatter,
ReqHint/UpdateRemindersnippets, key capabilities, pricing, model id, parameters, examples).Supersedes #956 — please close that one. The previous build also placed the page under
built-in-nodes; this PR moves it totutorials/partner-nodes/topaz/astra-2and updatesdocs.jsonnavigation in all three languages.
